Reformer Control – Beginners
Learn the basics and master precise movements. Ideal for those new to Pilates. Attend up to 5 sessions before progressing.
Reformer Burn – Intermediate
Challenge yourself with increased resistance, more repetitions, and added props. Perfect once you’ve gained confidence with the fundamentals.
Reformer Jump – Cardio
Combine the burn of Pilates with the jump board for a low-impact, high-energy workout. Great for boosting endurance and coordination.

This specialised class focuses on strength, balance, and fall prevention, blending Reformer exercises with land-based movements. Many participants enjoy a coffee catch-up afterwards, making it a social as well as physical workout.
