Kim Browning 

Physiotherapist | Director | Founder | AHPRA Registered | BPhysio 

Kim is an experienced physiotherapist with over nine years of practice, specialising in musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical management, acute and chronic pain, and women’s health. She works with clients across a wide range of needs, including chronic pain, spinal injuries, sporting injuries, aged care, and adolescents. 

As the founder and director of Macquarie Health Hub, Kim is the driving force behind delivering high-quality health services to the Central West. Growing up in the Hawkesbury, she moved to Narromine in 2019 and is passionate about improving access to quality care in rural communities. She enjoys working in a supportive, fun team environment and helping clients achieve their goals. 

Outside of work, Kim enjoys good food, fine wine, coffee, and spending time with friends and family. 

Kim delivers physiotherapy services primarily from Narromine on Mondays and Tuesdays, and in Dubbo on Fridays

Laura Harris 

Laura is a local Accredited Exercise Physiologist based in Narromine, with over five years of experience helping individuals overcome health challenges. She has extensive experience with NDIS participants, older adults, and clients managing chronic disease, neurological, musculoskeletal, and pain-related conditions, creating tailored programs to suit each client’s lifestyle. Known for her empathy, confidence, and practical approach, she guides and motivates clients to achieve their goals. 

Growing up in Condobolin, Laura understands the gaps in access to rural health services and is passionate about improving care and empowering clients to live active, independent lives. 

Outside of work, Laura is a true extrovert who thrives on adventure, whether it’s water skiing or enjoying the outdoors with friends, family, and her dogs.  

Laura delivers Exercise Physiology services Monday to Thursday from our Narromine clinic, as well as mobile services across Dubbo and the surrounding region. She also provides care under the Medical Outreach Indigenous Chronic Disease Program at the Dubbo Aboriginal Medical Service.

Kelli Piddington  

Allied Health Assistant | AES, ESSAM | BEx & SportSc  

Kelli is an Accredited Exercise Scientist and Allied Health Assistant with Certificate III & IV in Fitness and certifications in mat work and reformer Pilates. With over 20 years as a personal trainer, 13 years in Pilates, and three years as an allied health assistant, she brings extensive knowledge and practical experience to her clients. 

Kelli has worked in gyms, group fitness, corporate health, Pilates, and athletics coaching. She now supports clients with musculoskeletal and neurological conditions to improve daily function and sees exercise as medicine, creating tailored programs to help clients achieve their goals. 

Outside of work, Kelli is a dedicated sport mum completing her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology through CSU.  

Kelli delivers allied health support at our Narromine clinic Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Megan Murphy  

Practice Manager | Dip. Health & MedSci 

Megan is the Practice Manager at Macquarie Health Hub with over 15 years of administrative experience. She began her career in administration in the automotive and engineering industries before moving into the health sector. Megan has a strong interest in health and medical services and is upskilling to further advance her career. 

Raised in Narromine, Megan is committed to supporting her local community and enjoys working closely with a team of health professionals to make a positive impact on clients’ quality of life. 

Outside of work, Megan enjoys playing golf, watching rugby, listening to music, and reading. She lives locally with her husband, who works in agribusiness, and their son. 

Megan is based in the Narromine office and works part-time, Tuesday to Thursday.
