Active and Ageless is a friendly group exercise program led by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists, combining clinical expertise with a supportive environment. We understand that everyone has different needs, which is why we offer separate classes for men and women, so you can exercise in a comfortable and tailored environment.
Classes focus on:
Improving muscular strength and stability
Enhancing balance and coordination
Boosting endurance and overall fitness
Reducing risk factors for chronic disease
All exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to your abilities.
