Active and Ageless is a friendly group exercise program led by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists, combining clinical expertise with a supportive environment. Classes focus on: 

  • Improving muscular strength and stability 

  • Enhancing balance and coordination 

  • Boosting endurance and overall fitness 

  • Reducing risk factors for chronic disease  

All exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to your abilities.
