Why Strength For Life Works

Menopause causes hormonal changes that affect bone density, muscle mass, cardiovascular health, metabolism, sleep, and mood. Research shows that regular, individually tailored exercise can:

  • Maintain or improve bone mineral density and muscle strength

  • Reduce the risk of osteoporosis, fractures, and metabolic syndrome

  • Improve cardiovascular health and insulin sensitivity

  • Support mental wellbeing and quality of life

  • Promote pelvic floor function, reducing the risk of incontinence or prolapse

By combining resistance training, aerobic exercise, balance, power, and pelvic floor exercises, Strength for Life helps women navigate menopause with strength, confidence, and independence.
