What is Strength for Life?
Strength for Life is a supportive group exercise program led by our accredited exercise physiologists, combining clinical expertise with a welcoming environment.
Classes focus on:
Maintaining and improving muscle strength, bone density, and joint health
Supporting balance, mobility, and functional fitness for everyday life
Managing menopause-related symptoms such as hot flushes, fatigue, mood changes, and sleep disturbances
Supporting pelvic floor health, reducing the risk of incontinence and prolapse
Enhancing energy, confidence, and mental wellbeing
All exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to individual abilities, with modifications provided where needed to accommodate pelvic floor or joint considerations.
