Our 5–8 Years Movement & Motor Skills Group focuses on helping young children build the fundamental skills they need to move confidently, participate in play, and thrive in everyday activities. Through engaging, play-based sessions, we support children in developing gross motor skills, coordination, and confidence in a safe and encouraging environment.
What is NEXT GEN Movers?
Led by Laura, accredited exercise physiologist, each session is designed to:
Improve gross motor skills such as running, jumping, throwing, and catching
Enhance core strength, stability, and posture
Support balance, coordination, and body awareness
Promote fun, engagement, and positive social interaction
Classes use visual cues, repetition, and games to make learning movement enjoyable and achievable for every child.

Children aged 5–8 years
Kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, or other gross motor skill difficulties
Suitable for all fitness and ability levels
Ideal for children wanting to build movement confidence and have fun
