NEXT GEN Movers

Our 5–8 Years Movement & Motor Skills Group focuses on helping young children build the fundamental skills they need to move confidently, participate in play, and thrive in everyday activities. Through engaging, play-based sessions, we support children in developing gross motor skills, coordination, and confidence in a safe and encouraging environment.

What is NEXT GEN Movers?

Led by Laura, accredited exercise physiologist, each session is designed to:

  • Improve gross motor skills such as running, jumping, throwing, and catching

  • Enhance core strength, stability, and posture

  • Support balance, coordination, and body awareness

  • Promote fun, engagement, and positive social interaction

Classes use visual cues, repetition, and games to make learning movement enjoyable and achievable for every child.
