Exercise Physiology

What is Exercise Physiology?

Exercise physiology uses evidence-based assessment, movement prescription, and individualised exercise programs to improve health, physical function, and overall wellbeing. It focuses on how the body responds and adapts to physical activity, helping people manage chronic conditions, recover from injury, enhance fitness, and reduce the risk of future health issues. By improving movement, strength, endurance, and metabolic health, exercise physiology supports long-term health outcomes and empowers people to stay active, capable, and confident in their daily lives.
