Women’s Health services support musculoskeletal, pelvic, and reproductive health across all stages of life. We help manage conditions related to pregnancy, postpartum recovery, pelvic floor, bladder, reproductive health, and menopause, as well as general musculoskeletal wellbeing.
Role of Women’s Health Physiotherapists & Exercise Physiologists
Our clinicians are university-qualified and experienced in women’s health. They assess, treat, and guide women using exercise, manual therapy, Pilates (Reformer and Matwork), education, and lifestyle strategies to:

Strength for Life: Women’s Health Group
As a supplement to individual sessions, we offer Strength for Life, a supportive exercise group for women at any stage of menopause. This program helps maintain strength, bone health, balance, and pelvic floor function while providing a welcoming community to move, connect, and thrive together.
