Our 8–12 Years Strength & Sports Group is all about building strong bodies, confident minds, and a foundation for lifelong movement. Through fun, game-based workouts, we focus on strength, conditioning, and injury prevention, helping kids excel in sport and stay active for life. 

What is NEXT GEN Strength?  

Led by Laura, our Accredited Exercise Physiologist, each class focuses on: 

  • Strengthening key muscle groups 

  • Improving core stability 

  • Enhancing overall conditioning 

  • Promoting balance, mobility, and functional strength 

Classes are designed to make movement fun, engaging, and safe, preparing kids to prevent injuries both on and off the field.
