Led by Laura, our Accredited Exercise Physiologist, each class focuses on:

Enhancing overall conditioning
Promoting balance, mobility, and functional strength
Classes are designed to make movement fun, engaging, and safe, preparing kids to prevent injuries both on and off the field.
