What is Managing Type 2 Together?
Managing Type 2 Together is a friendly group exercise program led by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists, combining clinical expertise with a supportive environment. Classes focus on:
Regulating blood sugar and improving insulin sensitivity
Increasing energy, reducing fatigue, and improving mood
Improving strength, mobility, and flexibility
Boosting endurance and reducing risk of related health issues
All exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to participants’ abilities.
