What is Managing Type 2 Together? 

Managing Type 2 Together is a friendly group exercise program led by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists, combining clinical expertise with a supportive environment. Classes focus on: 

  • Regulating blood sugar and improving insulin sensitivity 

  • Increasing energy, reducing fatigue, and improving mood 

  • Improving strength, mobility, and flexibility 

  • Boosting endurance and reducing risk of related health issues 

All exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to participants’ abilities.

  • Medicare funding available for eligible participants under a Referral for Group Allied Health Services

  • Assessment of fitness and health to tailor exercises to your needs
