Class Pass

Book a single group exercise session.
Bookings are required to secure your place. Ideal for trying a class before committing to a package.

5 Class Package

Your place in class is reserved weekly from your first booking for 5 consecutive weeks.
Valid for 3 months from your first booking. No refunds, transfers, or extensions available.

10 Class Package

$240


Your place in class is reserved weekly from your first booking for 10 consecutive weeks.
Valid for 6 months from your first booking. No refunds, transfers, or extensions available.

Booking & Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or non-attendance will result in the session being deducted from your class package.

Strength for Life: Women’s Health

Strength for Life runs in 5-week training blocks, designed to support progression and consistency.

1 Session Per Week
